Return & Refund Policy

All products are checked again to ensure no prominent defects before proceeding to the customer.

My Qalam (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not accept:

1. Any customer personal feeling or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suiting you or the end result does not meet your expectation.

2. Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.

3. The customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.

4. Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel may damage the items to scissor or penknife cut and dirt due to dirty hand. Please be careful when opening your parcel/product.

5. If you feel the goods/product is uncomfortable, it is not allowed for exchange or refund.

My Qalam (M) Sdn. Bhd. will only exchange because of the large area of damage,large stain or send the wrong goods/product. My Qalam (M) Sdn. Bhd. will be responsible for the mention damages.

If your goods/product have quality problems mention above, please contact us within 3 working days of received of goods/product date.
